Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and block attacks. Our contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that looks at technical signals (such as IP address and browser information) to tell people from automated bots.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information. Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, health information, or other sensitive details through the website.

3. How we use your information

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, the Turnstile spam check, and our business email forwarding
• Resend — delivers contact form messages to our business inbox
• Google — our email inbox and the "Book a call" scheduling page (when you book through Google Calendar, Google's own privacy policy also applies)

We may also share information if required by law, court order, or government request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, or others; or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. Third-party tracking, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control

We do not allow third parties to track your activity on this website over time or across other websites. Because we don't track you, there is nothing for "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals to turn off; we respect those signals and they do not change how the website works for you. If we use website statistics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security measures (for example, as part of the Turnstile spam check) to protect the website. These are needed for the website to work safely and are not used to track you.

8. How long we keep information

Contact form messages are not stored on this website. They are checked, sent to our business email inbox, and then discarded by the website. We keep emails and related records only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

9. How we protect information

• The entire website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Form messages are checked for spam and are not saved in any website database.
• Service passwords and keys are kept in secure, encrypted settings, never in the website code.
• Our business accounts use two-step sign-in, and access is limited to the business owner.

No method of sending or storing information is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. If a security incident ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Your choices and rights

No matter where you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
